About CXD
This site was conceived with the intention of creating an international community for User Experience Designers and related disciplines.
The site is not currently sponsored by any government department. The design, maintenance, support and promotion is being conducted by the site Admin and Chief Experience Officer (CXO).
Built using a combination of WordPress, BuddyPress and some additional custom code and plugins, the UX/UI of the site is somewhat bound by these constraints. For example, in an ideal situation, all buttons on this site would share a common look and feel. Due to using a number of different widgets, plugins and technologies, it is exceptionally difficult to achieve the desired level of consistency.
